As a host or property manager, I pledge to welcome every guest with fairness, dignity and respect, and to never reject, judge or treat anyone differently because of who they are, where they're from, or what they believe.

< The story />
Three of us, orbiting the same industry for years. Conference name badges, green rooms, hotel lobbies at 8am pretending the coffee was fine. Each of us building our own thing in short-term rentals, each of us privately collecting the same uncomfortable receipts about how it sometimes treats the people it claims to welcome.
It started as a phone call that ran too long, then a thread that wouldn't quit, then another call, then a meeting that overran everyone's calendar. Three voices talking over each other in the best way, finishing each other's sentences badly, swapping stories we'd mostly kept to ourselves: a name, a face, a family, a postcode, take your pick. We'd all been on the wrong end of it, and we were done being diplomatic about it.
<all inn> was never plotted. It arrived somewhere between a voice note and a follow-up call, fell out of our mouths and just sat there, looking pleased with itself. The logo followed within minutes. No big unveiling, no in-person summit, just three people on separate sofas, agreeing this should already exist.
<all inn> is what came next.
